I updated to the latest firmware but I'm still having an issue with the 400 series. I have the printers connected as local IP printers to the workstations. I found the SNMP settings for the port on the workstation were set to SET and once I changed it to our actual SNMP community name, the printer seems to be staying connected to the workstation. It was VERY strange that it showed online and worked fine from one workstation and the one sitting beside it showed if Offline and greyed out in the Devices and Printers. It appears this has resolved the issue, but I will post an update if I learn more info about it. This is happening to me on a 400 M401dne with Firmware Datecod
