Can anybody give an assist? We have a web based application that uses Crystal Reports for its report functionality. The user is trying to export the report. The error

The Server is NT4 sp4 The client is NT 4 workstation sp6 Version of Crystal is Ver 8 I have ver 8.0.0.502 of the crviewer DLL Using IE4 sp1 The version of CRAXDRT.DLL on the server is 8.0.0.371 Any ideas what is going wrong? It is displaying correctly in the browser using ActiveX, but when I tried to export the report to Excel it is giving "CRAXDRT Error Ocuured on Server. -2147190908 : Failed to export report." I am Using IE5.5 sp1 The Crystal version of server is CR 8.0 (developer) I tried with scrasamples, same problem. Java Applet is working fine, no problem et all. But, I don't know what is problem with ActiveX. Any Ideas ....? please.
