It is a COM+ configuration issue. We solved it using these steps: 1 - Find the COM+ package where the components 'CREmfgen.CREmfgen.1' and 'CrystalRuntime.Application.8' are installed; Check that the package is configured as 'Library'. Remove both components from the package. 2 - Create a new package, configured as 'Server'; 3 - Uncheck 'enforce access checks for this application'. 4 - Add the components 'CREmfgen.CREmfgen.1' and 'CrystalRuntime.Application.8' to the package you've just created. The paths are (usually): C:\Program Files\Seagate Software\Shared\Emfgen.dll C:\Program Files\Seagate Software\Report Designer Component\craxdrt.dll Hope this helps. share|improve this answer answered Feb 8 '13 at 18:14 Marcos Brigante 625619 Yes this answer did worked for me too.. –L.W.C. When you hit refresh or the export button this refreshes your page. Is it possible that the logon credentials are no longer in scope if you rerun the page. You might want to try this sample and see if it helps:http://diamond.businessobjects.com/node/287Rob HorneRob's blog - http://diamond.businessobjects.com/blog/10 Alert Moderator Like (0) fdsa Guest Mar 7, 2008 11:11 AM (in response to prashant vyas) Currently Being Moderated fdaf Like (0) Go to original post Tweet Actions Login to follow, like, comment, share and bookmark content.
