MineSweeper.dll is a type of DLL file associated with Microsoft Windows Vista Promotional Pack developed by Microsoft for the Windows Operating System. The latest known version of MineSweeper.dll is 1.0.0.0, http://forums.overclockersclub.com/topic/10245-critical-error-3/ which was produced for Windows. This DLL file carries a popularity rating of 1 stars and a security rating of "UNKNOWN". What Are DLL Files? DLL ("dynamic link library") files such as MineSweeper.dll are small programs, similar to EXE ("executable") files, which allow multiple software programs to share the same functionality (eg. printing). For example, let's say you are http://www.solvusoft.com/en/files/missing-not-found-error/dll/windows/microsoft/microsoft-windows-vista-promotional-pack/minesweeper-dll/ running Windows and editing a document in Microsoft Word. The DLL file that controls printing does not need to load unless it's function is needed - eg. you decide to print your document. When you select "Print", Microsoft Word calls the printer DLL file, and it is loaded into memory (RAM) at that time. If you want to print a document in another program, Adobe Acrobat for example, that same printer DLL file will be used as well. Why Do I Have DLL Errors? Because they are shared files, DLL files exist outside of the software application itself. Although this provides many benefits for software developers, this separation also provides an opportunity for problems to occur.Quite simply, if Windows cannot properly load your MineSweeper.dll file, you will encounter an error message. Please see "Causes of MineSweeper.dll Errors" below for more information. When Do DLL Errors Occur? DLL errors, such as those associated with MineSweeper.dll, most often occur during computer startup, program startup, or while trying to use a specific function in your program

With this backdrop, Donald Stoker's book examines British and French involvement from 1919 to 1939 in the creation and development of the naval forces of Poland, Finland and the three Baltic states of Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania. Focusing upon the manner in which the French and British competed for sales of warships, naval aircraft and other naval materials, and their efforts to place naval advisers and military missions in these states, the book reveals how each power waged their respective struggles for economic and political influence in the smaller countries. Both Britain and France hoped that initial successes would garner future sales and further their influence in the recipient nation's economic life. The haphazard and often surprisingly corrupt manner in which French and British private and governmental institutions conducted business in the region weakened the Cordon Sanitaire, the very system the two powers created, and undermined their respective grand strategies.
