Go to C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\SteamApps\common\Dead Rising 2 and right-click on deadrising2, then go to Properties. On the Compatability section, check the box that says "Run this program in compatability mode for" and choose Windows XP (Service Pack 3). Even if you are not using XP (I'm using 7), choose it anyways.
