It shouldn't be a matter of disk space, since this a relatively new G5 with 128GB of space. The FW drive I save to as a backup has less than 1GB. Also, it seems to be the source file that's the problem. I can't save any version - No psd, no jpg, no pct, nothing. Can't renumber, can't rename. Someone else mentioned this a while back, to no a avail, so I was wondering whether someone had come up with an explanation or a fix since then. Save for web strips out a few things: paths, preview icon, channels, makes it RGB. So try as a test deleting each one of those things manually and saving your file. If that still does nto work try to flatten your file and save as to see if you can save it as a document with a new name. Once we find what area it does not like it is easier to see if

It has nothing to do with RAM. solutions are: save to a drive that has space Buy a new drive so you have more space. save old files to CD then erase them to make room for new ones.
