No more information is available, completely flustered with Adobe's support available, seems like a maze that keeps sending me back to the beginning, no way to talk to a person on the weekend, and no way to just send an email asking for support... can't find anything in the online help or forums... I just installed a 1.5terabyte drive and it continues to tell me it cannot initialize because the scratch disk are full. It runs perfect on a 300gig, 200gig and 120gig hard drive. Having 12 gigs of RAM I knew this wasn't the case. I had three versions of Photoshop installed (4.0, 5.5 and 6). I uninstalled 5.5 and now it works fine. Thanks to the poster above. I deleted useless things from the disk that contained photoshop, and so freeing about 4gb of space and now i can use it as i did before. i hope this post helps you too...good luck with your wor

This allows me to get one print. After that I get the exact same error again. Any further help would be appreciated.
