Outlook Express Fehler 0x800ccc90
Errors Quote Postby pcmdofkc » 2011-01-14 16:39 Using Build 5.3.3-1879 and MySQL, single domain w/approx 30 accounts, POPing with Outlook 2003. The system has worked wonderfully for sometime but over the last couple microsoft outlook error 0x800ccc90 of weeks random users have started to receive 0x800CCC90 'Your incoming (POP) e-mail server has reported an internal error' and 0x800CCC0F 'The connection to the server was interupted' errors. In the case of the '90' error, the user can close the error window and the download restarts and usually completes, of course re-downloading the messages that downloaded before the error. In the case of the '0F' error, I outlook 2007 error 0x800ccc90 have to go into their webmail (IMAP), manually remove the message after the last one that successfully downloaded and restart their Outlook. Messages then begin to download, again re-downloading the messages that downloaded before the error. Sometimes I will have to repeat the process 2 or 3 times before all messages download successfully. Searching the forums, I understand the 0F error is probably an incorrectly formatted email and ver. 5.4 will address this situation but is there something I can do now to stop this from happening? To date I've removed the offending accounts, run the database synch tool, re-created the accounts (fixed the problem for 3-4 days,) repaired the hm_greylsting_triplets table in the database (only SQL error I see in the logs.) This is currently happening on 4 accounts but it started several weeks ago with only 1 account. The problem seems to be getting worse. Thanks in advance for any help. I deleted and then added my email accounts but that didn't work. I bought RegCure to repair any Windows Registry defective files, but that did not work. Any suggestions? I rather not uninstall Outlook since I will lose all of my email, and I don't know if that would solve the problem. Outlook will send email out, just not receive. When it does receive, it just keeps receiving in the same 4 or 5 emails over and over again. I tried my Outlook Express, and it has the same problem. Thanks for any help. Julie.
