Solution: Step One: Open Outlook and go File > Account Settings Step Two: Click the email account you are having trouble with and select Change. Step Three: Go to the More Settings button. Step Four: Click on advanced tab and change the Incoming server port to 995. Save your settings. Once I changed the port to 995 the error disappeared and the customer was able to receive emails.
