We are sorry for the inconvenience.". then if i click don't send (put of the 3 buttons i have as options on the error : Debug, send, dont send") o get an error that says as sftp server a heading "Transfer Manager: wsftppro.exe - Application Error", then in the error window it only says "The instruction at "0x73dd1351" referenced memory at "0x00000004". The memory could not be read. If it's so, it is possible that WS Ftp Pro doesn't work anymore as many softwares which connect to the Internet. I'd start by uninstalling the package and installing it fresh. I work for a company which own around 1500 PC's with Windows 2000 Pro and WS-FTP Pro installed on them. In my job, I often use Ws-FTP to connect mainframes, servers, colleagues' computers. We have a lot of routers, firewalls, the whole circus. We have never met this kind of problem.
