this error? Thursday, October 08, 2009 8:55 PM Reply | Quote Answers 0 Sign in to vote Hi Rajesh J S , Service startup failure is going to be either corrupt system files, or a driver conflict. the SCM is under user mode and doesnt communicate with the kernel mode, the SCM is a database which runs under dcom error 1053 wsearch nonprivilige mode, so the user mode services are loaded under the SCM hood and AFAIK there are no kernel mode services and the user mode services communicate to the kernel mode components which might be one of the component in Executive subsystem or direct kernel. So pelase understand that drivers which might be a bus driver / filter driver / miniport driver these are not loaded as services. sainath !analyze Marked as answer by David Shen Monday, October 19, 2009 2:18 AM Friday, October 09, 2009 2:31 AM Reply | Quote Moderator All replies 0 Sign in to vote HiService startup failure is going to be either corrupt system files, or a driver conflict. To repair all system files, go to Start/Run, and type (or paste in): SFC /SCANNOWRegardsRajesh J S Thursday, October 08, 2009 10:34 PM Reply | Quote 0 Sign in to vote Hi Rajesh J S , Service startup failure is going to be either corrupt system files, or a driver conflict. the SCM is under user mode and doesnt communicate with

I'm param2 1053 having some problems with my computer and it's being hard to solve them... Main problem: Pc suddenly goes on some sort of suspended mode not allowing any actions beside https://social.technet.microsoft.com/Forums/windowsserver/en-US/2a5c9357-aac3-48b0-bbf7-fe3536bec0d7/dcom-error-1053?forum=winservergen click on the restart button. (running Windows 7 64b) After the first time this happened somehow the hd main boot order changed (meaning i had e:\ to boot from and it changed to c:\ ) and since i didn't need c:\ at all i disconnected the hard drive and all became fine until another sudden suspend came on... https://forums.techguy.org/threads/solved-strange-computer-issues.1085905/ I checked the Event Viewer and this is the list errors ocurred during the last manual reboot: " The AODDriver4.2 service failed to start due to the following error: The system cannot find the file specified. " "DCOM got error "1053" attempting to start the service TrustedInstaller with arguments "" in order to run the server: {752073A1-23F2-4396-85F0-8FDB879ED0ED} " " A timeout was reached (30000 milliseconds) while waiting for the Windows Modules Installer service to connect. " " The Windows Modules Installer service failed to start due to the following error: The service did not respond to the start or control request in a timely fashion. I http://www.wilderssecurity.com/threads/computer-hangs-after-extended-use.298904/ had had this setup for a while with absolutely no problems, but http://forum.worldstart.com/showthread.php?p=1714579 I got bored and decided to switch MSE for Avast! free antivirus. Avast! was working great, until I had been on the computer for a few hours. My PC was still running and all the active programs were fine, but no new programs could be launched. The task manager wouldn't load, and error 1053 new tabs in Chrome wouldn't respond, though the ones present before the problem started would work. Any program I tried to launch would result in the cursor showing the 'working' symbol, but it would not load. I can still play any games that I have already started before this mysterious thing happens, but afterwards, nothing will start. I uninstalled Avast! and reinstalled MSE, but the dcom got error problem persists. My computer runs perfectly fine for a while, and suddenly it happens. Are there any known conflicts between the program I'm choosing? Any help would be appreciated. I think that I will uninstall online armor and use the Windows firewall instead, and I will get rid of Java. Thanks for the help. Our threads here are rarely closed and certainly this would not be considered finished until we know without a doubt that all of your problems are solved and of course they are not. We stick with it until the end, we promise. AFTER you do those "maintenance"tasks of updating ALL out of date software and removing Online Armor then give us a brand new DDS scan. Maybe we can see something else we have missed. __________________ 1.Dell Inspiron 17 5759 Windows 10 64bit Firefox v.49.0.1 ;WLM2012; Avira Free, Windows Firewall, MBAM, SpywareBlaster, SUPERAntispyware 2.Dell Inspiron N7010; Laptop Windows 7 64bit SP1 *same programs as computer 1 above* Help Us To Help You System Restore Stick with the Clean up jholland1964 View Public Profile Find all posts by jholland1964 #22 05-07-2013, 04:53 PM RandomName Member Join Date: Feb 2013 Posts: 36 Since we last spoke, I have removed MestreNova,
