If I try to add a printer I get the error:'The operation could not be completed. The print spooler service is not running.'When I try to start the print spooler service I get this error immediately after pressing 'start':'Could not start the print spooler service on local computer. I need to back up vital data off the system and because of various services not running I am unable to access usb, cd drives and the network which makes it hard for backing up data. Any suggestions on a work around would be welcome.
