One of my users has OWA accounts with two other entities.Only my server causes issue. (error 12031). My personal OWAworksfine. I tested on varous computers - no issues. If I test the affected user's OWA on my machines, I can replicate the exact issue that the user has. This leads me to believe that the issue is is with the server and specific to the user's account. The user has a windows7.5 phone and the phone exhibits no problems synching. I also have the same phone and no problems with my owa or phone synch. It was filtering https traffic outbound and causing the perfomance issues with OWA. Https filtering was disabled and all exchange server IP's whitelisted so that the content filter ignores traffic to and from the exchange server. At this point no issues have been reported. This step encrypts the HTTP traffic so that the firewall cannot determine what HTTP verbs are being sent."now i just needs to figure out how to cache owa images on the client as it became a bit slow.
