Error 1316 when trying to uninstall PSE 9 Billtin1959 Sep 27, 2014 10:40 AM I just upgraded to PSE 13 and would like to remove PSE 9. However, when I try to uninstall, I get : "Error 1316, The specified account already exists.", then the uninstaller quits. Some files however were deleted the specified account because the programs won't open beyond the opening splash screen.
