Support Guy, we highly recommend that you visit our Guide for New Members. Adobe Acrobat won't install: Error 1335 Discussion in 'All Other Software' started by JoeRed, May 3, 2010. Thread Status: Not open for further replies. Advertisement JoeRed Thread Starter Joined: Sep 23, 2009 Messages: 35 Hello. I've been trying to update my Acrobat reader to free version of 9.2. It downloads from the internet fine, but when I click on the installer file, it gets so far then stops with "Error 1335: The cabinet file Data1.cab required for this installation is corrupt and cannot be used. This could indicate a network error, an error reading from the CD-ROM, or a problem with this package." I'm not installing from a CD, so presumably it's not that - any suggestions, please? (I never realised how dependent modern life was on pdf until I found myself without it for a couple of days!) Thanks.
