Multi User cleanup service (multi user cleanup service) failed to start. Verify that you have sufficient privileges to start system services." The error occurs if you use SmartUpgrade to install or if you run the installer on top of the existing version. The error does not occur with an all client install. Resolving the problem This issue was reported to Quality Engineering as SPR# RSSA7EDKFU. There is no workaround currently available other than manually uninstalling 7.0.3 and reinstalling 7.0.2. You can also click the Ignore option and the installation will complete but this may result in further problems.
