Mcafee Mcshield Service Will Not Start

Error 1920 Service Failed To Start Verify That You Have Sufficient Privileges
before, but have not had much luck (Please see the string of messages sent to me from September last year (http://forums.mcafeehelp.com/viewtopic.php?)I am unable to get McAfee to update. Get the error Framework Services https://kc.mcafee.com/corporate/index?page=content&id=KB59863&pmv=print Failed to start. Verify that you have enough priveleges, etc etc. Someone suggested renaming the logon account for the Framework services. Upgrade from XP SP2. McAfee was installed and running. The framework service does not start any more due to not enough rights. Since it is an AV program I have not used compatibility mode. Let me suggest that you do a clean installation of Vista.BTW, McAfee is known not to work in Beta 1 and 5219 build of Vista.
