give these steps a try. Fix 1 - Restart First, give a power down and restart of your device a try. Be sure to power it completely off. Unlock

Wait 10 seconds, then press and hold the "Power" button to power the device back on. See if you can download items now. Fix 2 - Clear App Data If a power down didn't fix your issue, android error 403 try these steps. Open "Settings". Select "Applications". Select "Manage Applications". Tap the "All" tab, then scroll down and select "Google Play Store". Select "Clear cache". Back out of the screen and select "Download Manager" (May also be listed as "Downloads"). Select "Clear data". Also clear data for "Google Services Framework", "Google Apps", "Google Hangouts", and "Checkin Service". Some users are reporting they had to clear data for the "Browser" and "Chrome" apps as well. You may not see all of these apps listed on your particular device. to download apps through WiFi, it works... When I try with my Data google play Connection, it doesn't. When I open Market with my Data Connection and try to download an application, an error pops up saying: " "App Name" could not be downloaded due to an error. (404) " I cannot seem to figure out what the solution for this prolem/error is... Only WiFi. Yes, my Data Connection does work... When you try to download something from google play store via mobile data it shows error 404. But via WiFi it's okay. So how toi fix this? First go to settings android market error > Sim Cards and Mobile Netrworks > your sim card name > Access Point Names > your sim's internet access point > Authentication Type > PAP. Then save it and you should be able to download from google play store.
