Even if it were corrupt there is nothing that a user can do to resolve any corruption, short of replacing the file. So essentially there is nothing you need to do.. After it was done my system restarted and it took about two or three minutes before my Icons would show up on my screen.(I have had this problem for about 2 weeks now.) There was also a virus it detected and deleted (Trojan) and it would say that as well after each percentage of scanning it did. Should I find this and delete it or should I reinsert my Vista DVD and do a repair or can anyone suggest another fix?
