There was a message with "42127 {CAB archive is corrupted}". Since then I cannot access the internet nor any of my programs. Whenever I boot I get "Desktop is not accessible. Insuficient system resources exist to complete requested service." I get a similar message (insuficient system resources...) whenever I want to start anything with my PC. I get a message from the task bar "check your computer security, there are multiple security problems with your computer. Click the notification to fix this problem." When I click i get : "Windows cannot access the specified device, path, or
