Even if it were corrupt there is nothing that a user can do to resolve any corruption, short of replacing the file. So essentially there is nothing you need to do.. I did a Quick Scan on my computer (Avast Anti-Virus) https://forum.avast.com/index.php?topic=85216.0 and it showed 3 problems (I forgot what they were exactly) and i chose to delete them at the the end of the scan. Then i was ask if i wanted to do a Boot Time Scan and i said yes, so i shut my computer down and restarted it and it did the Boot Time Scan. Then i was ask if i wanted to do a Boot Time Scan and i said yes, so i shut my computer down and restarted it and it did the Boot Time Scan. After every percentage (%) of scanning it did i kept seeing on the screen: Error 42127 CAB archive is corrupted. Also when it first detected some errors in beginning of the Boot Time Scan it asked what i wanted to do with them and i chose to Delete them.It did keep telling me it deleted the Virus. After it was done my system restarted and it took about two or three minutes before my Icons would show up on my screen.(I have had this problem for about 2 weeks now.) There was also a virus it detected and deleted (Trojan) and it would say that as well after each percentage of scanning it did. I shut down my computer to go somewhere for an hour and set my Avast to do a start up boot time scan.It did it when i restarted my computer and after the first percent (1%) of the scan it said Error 42125 ZIP archive is corrupted and then after it ran two percent (2%) of the scan it went back to sa
