I am trying to buy something and I can’t, even though I have the financial means to do so, which in case of purchasing music doesn’t mean all that much. Troubleshooting didn’t solve anything, so I started a search for Apple support and to my surprise, you can’t call them about this issue, but they generously offer “Express Lane Support” meaning email, probably with lengthy email tag to answer simple questions, days of delays because of it and at the end a frustrated customer, me. Since when do retailers not want to talk to buying customers or offer them support? Is it just me or is there something seriously wrong with this picture?
