however, I can't seem to solve the problem with so many strateies out error compiling movie premiere pro cc 2015 there and no solid answers. Simply put, I try to save my project in Premiere CS4 as an MPG2 file error compiling movie importer returned bad result for cable broadcast, and it stops rendering. Here's the log entry: - Source File: C:UsersGolsonAppDataLocalTempGaryBackStage_20.prproj - Output File: F:HempsteadMusicManMusicManMPGMMwithnewDX.mpg - Preset Used: NTSC DV High Quality - Video: NTSC, 720x480, 29.97 drop frame https://forums.adobe.com/thread/1192152 [fps], Lower, Quality 4.0 - Audio: 224 [kbps], 48 kHz, 16 bit, Stereo, MPEG - Bitrate: VBR, 1 Pass, Min 2.50, Target 4.20, Max 6.00 [Mbps] - Encoding Time: 00:04:33 3/8/2009 12:25:46 PM : Encoding Failed ----------------------------------------- Error compiling movie. Unknown error. And if I keep clicking and trying to re-render, I get the "PProHeadless.exe has stopped working" error message. One of the solutions suggested an https://forums.creativecow.net/thread/3/890558 upgrade to DirectX (10) which I did from Microsoft's site. It didn't work. I still get the error. I'm at my proverbial wit's end. My machine is brand new featuring a 1. RAMPAGEII Extreme motherboard with an 8 core processor. 2. I have the Radeon Sapphire graphic card. This machine was built for me one month ago, and installed as an OS is Windows Vista. This machine is a screamer. I've got to wear a lead-lined jock just to operate it. Can anyone give this old film editor a quick fix?Return to posts indexReport Post •Re: The PProHeadless.exe Errorby Tim Kolb on Mar 8, 2009 at 11:29:54 pmInteresting... Is the motherboard and display card on the approved list? I know when you search the web, there seems to be far more people with issues that have ATI display cards than NVIDIA...are the drivers as current as possible? You are hereForums » Editing Adobe Premeire Pro Audio Encoding error 2 pass vbr/cbr issue clover Last seen: 10 years 3 weeks ago Joined: 09/05/2006 - 9:36pm My problem seems to be only when I try to convert a project to a Windows Media File. I use the 2 pass VBR method. I get an error the Audio encoding failed https://www.videomaker.com/community/forums/topic/adobe-premeire-pro-audio-encoding-error-2-pass-vbrcbr-issue and am told to try one pass or CBR (Constant Bit Rate). I try this but get the same message. I first encountered this issue a year ago and found the fix online but thought it was a one time issue so I did not record how I fixed it and now I have forgotten what I did to fix it.Adobe says they will no longer support Premiere Pro 2 and promptly ended the techsupport. Any help on this issue will be greatly appreciated. error compiling Posted: Tue, 11/04/2008 - 5:36pm Forum Tags:audioPremiereproAdobeerrorencodingvbrcbr Log in or register to post comments clover Last seen: 10 years 3 weeks ago Joined: 09/05/2006 - 9:36pm The error reads: audio encoding failed if audio is in 2-pass vbr encoding mode try either cbr or 1 pass encoding Log in or register to post comments 11/06/2008 - 2:46pm Permalink clover Last seen: 10 years 3 weeks ago Joined: 09/05/2006 - 9:36pm Ok this turned out to be an issue with screen ratio and not an audio error compiling movie issue at all. When you export to file Adobe Pro gives you several options on aspect ratio. I fooled with this until it no longer gave me this error. Still wondering why the error happened, but gald that I have moved passed it. Oh and I almost forgot...I purchased the latest version of Adobe Pro CS4 so at least I should be able to get some tech support next time.
