Nariman Sodeifi May 13, 2012 3:10 PM (in response to Proj.L) You mentioned MPEG2 does not have this issue and WMV does have this issue. What other export formats have you tried that have or not have this problem. Just for sake of narrowing down this issue, would you remove all effects you have applied to projects/sequences and try to export that project and see it the problem goes away? Another test for WMV is to select a different Bitrate setting in Export Settings [Video tab]. Default is VBR, try selecting CBR and see if that solves the issue. Like Show 0 Likes(0) Actions 2. I did some testing this morning with a new 1 minute - no effects timeline from Canon XF 720p60. I tested wmp, mpeg2, "match sequence settings" and mp4. It alway crash at about 14%. That very bad because I have to export my video everyday for my job...I tried with my old project with AVCHD and I'm still able to expor

I do NOT have the fast USB connection (I think its called USB 2.0) because it always says that I can transfer faster is I had a faster USB connection. Im running on Windows XP and https://forums.adobe.com/thread/1003807 have Premiere Pro 2.0. Problem: When I try to export my movie to my EXTERNAL hard drive (i do this becuase my D: drive has my footage and is almost full at 75/80 gigs and my external is new and had 80 gigs to spare) Premiere begins to render the video. After several hours (it is very slow) and around 14% completion of rendering, a yellow error pops up saying "ERROR COMPILING MOVIE. https://forums.creativecow.net/thread/3/862634 DISK FULL" and stops. While rendering I can see in the details window that I have 60+ gigs to spare on my external drive! I am confused why this is happening. My raw footage, soundtrack, titles etc is about 75gigs - I assumed that this would slim down significantly when I exported it, but that doesnt seem to happen because that error pops up around 14% completion when rendering before the export. I would love to just export it to DVD but Premiere says that the disk isnt large enough. Is there any way I can mess with the settings or quality so I can fit it on a DVD and simply burn it in Premiere Pro 2.0? ABout the Disk Full error, could the fact that I am trying to use an external hard drive have somehting to do with it?? Sounds pretty lame to me. Perhaps my slow USB connection (my computer is a Sony Viao RX752 desktop) is screwing it up?? So thats about it for now. Thanks again for reading my post. Hopefully you have the answers. I will be watching this message board frequently for questions or answers because I have been working on this video for 3 months and I want to present it to someone before a funeral takes place, which

I have made this movie in Adobe Premiere Pro 7.0. It is composed of title scenes and 512x384 (at 25 fps) uncompressed AVIs (with in-game sound). Once I put everything together, it ended up being about 5 minutes and 45 seconds. Now, what I always do is export the entire movie as an uncompressed AVI to a drive with plenty of free space. I then use Dr.DivX 1.0.4 to encode the entire uncompressed AVI movie into a high quality DivX AVI (retaining sound too). However, when I try to export the uncompressed AVI from Adobe Premiere Pro 7.0, at about frame 7551 out of 8602, an error pops up saying "Error compiling movie, disk is full."... However, I've been monitoring the free space of that drive and before exporting the movie, I had 17.1GB free, and just before that error came up, I had 13.2GB free. What's going on!? I tried exporting the AVI as already DivX-compressed, the only thing is that the video itself becomes distorted on most of the scenes, so I'd rather encode it to DivX using Dr.DivX AFTER exporting the full uncompressed AVI. Can anyone help me out?
