It says "Error creating avi file." The .fla is big, about 30mg, but I don't think this should be happening. Anyone heard of this happening or have any ideas on how to fix it? I'm trying to get the avi's to convert them to mpegs for a VCD. I tried exporting to a .mov file as well with no luck. thanks for your help. tony Reply With Quote 09-29-2002,06:35 PM #2 tricuspeed View Profile View Forum Posts Junior Member Join Date Sep 2002 Posts 8 Are you tryin' to save on a old file. it sometimes happen but by saving as a new name,it 's ok. I am exporting about 6 parts of a complete movie. The other parts I exported with no problems. I think it's a file size issue because this part is huge. I have one .fla that I need to convert to a .avi that is 50mg. I estimated that this will be about 13gb when exported. I can't figure out any other way to export this though. thanks man. Reply With Q

If you uninstall/reinstall flash it doesn't help. I think it is something outside of flash with the video settings but that is how I fixed it.
