I only get this replying to HTML formatted mail...plain text is no problem. I have been using Pegasus since Windows 3.1 and this is the first of this problem I had. The only changes I made was a new hard drive with my old data on it (the previous one died so trying to test if it has the error as well is impossible). I have uninstalled pegasus, reinstalled it, BearHTML (latest) and virscan. I have uninstalled my printer (canon i960) and the print server (I connect to the printer directly via USB though) and reinstalled. I have tried using only PDFCreator (latest) as my printer. I still get the pop up error windows which I can click OK on and still reply to the email. HELP! :) Å Post Points: 20 Report abuse 03-17-2008, 19:05 Thomas R. The OS can't find the font you are using or that is being specified in the HTML. BTW, you also might try using the WinPMail mailing list when you do not get answers here. There are a lot of Pegasus Mail users on the list that never drop by the web community. Thomas R. If you right-click on thehighlighted message and select Message properties, you can uncheckthe box "Contains HTML data." Then when you open the message you cansee the HTML source code. I'm no expert, but I suppose it's possiblethat those messages that cause the error contain a font not installedon your computer. If you don't discover any fonts you don't have installed, you couldtry setting another printer driver as the default (such astext/generic), just to see if it makes any difference.--SteveMy e-mail address works as is. 1 Reply 17 Views Switch to linear view Disable enhanced parsing Permalink to this page Thread Navigation Clifford R Powell 2004-12-07 18:24:34 UTC Stephen Hust 2004-12-07 18:47:34 UTC about - legalese Loading...

When you start Pegasus, switch to List mode, move thefiles back to the Pegasus mail directory, and delete the offendingmessage from the New mail folder.--SteveMy e-mail address works as is. 1 Reply 4 Views Switch to linear view Disable enhanced parsing Permalink to this page Thread Navigation Edna Applegate 2003-08-23 15:54:09 UTC Stephen Hust 2003-08-23 16:02:47 UTC about - legalese Loading...
