Error creating form: invalid stream format Hi all, I have an app that I've been working on for several http://www.scriptbrasil.com.br/forum/topic/39131-corrupt-portfolio-stream/ months and it seems to have been working fine until an hour ago. I went to open the file in Turbo Delphi and got the error message "Error creating form: invalid stream format." I can't open my form and the error creating design tab is absent from my Main.pas file tab. I found on the web that the .dfm file may be corrupted but I haven't found a solution. Any help would be greatly appreciated. *Edit* My .dfm has been stored as text. I looked at it and noticed a bunch of odd characters that seem to have replaced the form control's properties as well as some of the other controls. I guess I will just have to rebuild the form from scratch error creating form unless anyone has any idea how to reverse the damage. Last edited by tcfreema; 06-21-2008 at 07:11 PM. AFAIK, you either open it in notepad and fix it or rebuild it in the IDE from scratch. Was it a complex form ... components within containers, within containers? Otherwise, if you know what controls you put on the form and the settings you changed, it should be doable in notepad - it's all ASCII. Actually not more than just a bunch of Object-End pairs with all the child Object-End pairs contained within - other than that it's an INI file on steroids [we
