This issue is often the result of a reference in the project database, to a document that has been moved, removed or renamed - and therefore cannot be found and copied to the baseline. Resolving the problem To resolve this issue perform the following: Check the project that you tried to create the baseline from for lost documents. You can do that by double clicking the document. If the document cannot be found, you will be offered to browse to the new location. If it has been deleted or cannot be found at all anymore, you should also delete the document from the RequisitePro explorer by right-clicking the document and select Delete. If you have many documents in your project or having trouble finding the document that is lost use the FindInvalidDocs utility below: DISCLAIMER: All source code and/or binaries attached to this document are referred to here as "the Program". Also, when the baseline data included a docu ment that was last modified by a user who was subsequently delet ed, an error occurred when a user attempted to create a project from the baseline. Problem conclusion The baseline creation function now retrieves the user record from the administrator group and checks if the user is active before creating a baseline of the project.
