I suspect this is an iis config issue, since this is a new network install of windows 7 that probably has iis shutdown by default. I see an iis reset window pop up for second and then I get an error " error creating virtual directory telerik. details unknown error 0x80005000. so it sounds like a file permissions with iis 7. i have never used iis7 before so not sure where to start. thanks for help so i can evaluate this demo. cheers Ivan Dimitrov 16072 posts Registered: 04 Oct 20

Has anyone else experienced this problem and found a workaround? I am using VS2008, I also have VS2010 installed. I have tried uninstalling the later versions first, but installation of Q3 2007 still fails. Georgi Tunev Admin 7207 posts Posted 24 Aug 2010 Link to this post Hello John, Are you using Vista / Windows 7? Such problem as the one that you report can exists with such old version of the controls because the installer back then didn't have support for these OS. If this is the case, I would suggest to update the Dlls only in your application. Greetings, Georgi Tunev the Telerik team Do you want to have your say when we set our development plans?
