the related topic reports a solution suitable for my situation. Just after installation, I uploaded https://community.bitnami.com/t/1-25-error-creating-thumbnail/38665 an image and I receive the following error:Error creating thumbnail: The system cannot find the path specified Error code: 1 Then I set the http://www.robertswebdesign.com/blog/joomla/61-joomla-tutorial-upload-images-to-joomgallery temp dir on the LocalSettings.php, and allowed full access to the folder (full control to 'Everyone'):$wgTmpDirectory = "C:\Bitnami\redmine-2.6.2-0\apps\mediawiki\htdocs\images\temp"; Thus the I receive the error creating following error:Error creating thumbnail: Unable to save thumbnail to destination I have tried several solutions, but I was not able to go further. My OS is a Win 7 32 bit. Thanks arecio 2015-12-18 11:03:24 UTC #2 Hi, I have been able to reproduce your issue. According to error creating thumbnail a bug report (https://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Topic:Quaji8qkkvjq6qks) the problem can be solved by upgrading ImageMagick to version 6.8.0. Your MediaWiki module is using the version of ImageMagick that came with Redmine 2.6.2 which is 6.7.6-6, unfortunately. If possible, you should upgrade your Redmine installation to fix the problem. You can follow our guide: https://wiki.bitnami.com/Applications/BitNami_Redmine#How_to_upgrade_Redmine.3f. Hope it helps. roberto_marchese 2016-01-11 08:52:00 UTC #3 Thanks a lot.I have installed the latest imagemagick release out of bitnami environment. Thus I have set the path on the LocalSettings.php as follow, but the problem is still here. (Unfortunately I can no upgrade redmine to 3.x because most of the plugin under use will be no more compatible). $wgSVGConverterPath = 'C:\Bitnami\ImageMagick-6.9.3-Q16'; #$wgSVGConverterPath = 'C:\Bitnami\redmine-2.6.2-0\imagemagick'; ## To enable image uploads, make sure the 'images' directory ## is writable, then set this to true: $wgEnableUploads = true; putenv ('MAGICK_CODER_MODULE_PATH=C:\Bitnami\ImageMagick-6.9.3-Q16\modules\coders'); #putenv ('MAGICK_CODER_MODULE_PATH=C:\Bitnami
