Restart the Application. Note that this will remove any customization you may be done to the Ribbon. For majority of users, it is not a problem. I was getting the same error for Word and Outlook 2010 beta. I tried this fix. It works. I don't get the error message anymore.Thanks.Chris Sunday, December 27, 2009 5:56 PM Reply | Quote 0 Sign in to vote This worked for me too. Thanks!Roman Sunday, December 27, 2009 9:14 PM Reply | Quote 0 Sign in to vote This also worked for me with Outlook and Word 2010 (upgrades from the 2010 Beta). You will need to reset the Ribbon for EACH application / Window. For me I needed to do it in Outlook (main window), Outlook (New Message window) andWord. Note: If you have heavily customized your Ribbon, make a note of where everything is on it BEFORE you reset it... otherwise you'll spend ages trying to remember what went where ... trust me - I just did it ;-) Thanks Rodrigo, MichaelM
