Re May 2nd, 2016 8:10am Hi, You mentioned this issue is with "many" users, I want to know whether this occurs to "all" users? Or in other words, are there any users who don't meet the issue? I suggest the users who meet this problem try running Outlook error found as administrator, check if the problem is related to the permission. We can also try this: Open Options Dialog;Click Quick Access Toolbar;Click Reset button, Reset All Customizations;Restart the Application. Note that this will remove any customization you may be done to the Ribbon. For majority of users, it is not a problem. Please checktheresultagain. We already had tried resetting customization as there was no customization to risk, but there was no positive sign. also tried replacing "C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft RMS Office Addins" from a working PC also but no help. Also tried creating new Outlook profile. no help. As suggested, we tried the Run-As-Admin option for Outlook but no help. Any other suggestion? May 3rd, 2016 2:23am Hi, Please disable all other add-ins in Outlook then try again, in case the issue was caused by some conflicts between different add-ins. Or, try uninstalling Office and then reinstalling it on one machine to check if this problem persists. This error seem to be specific to RMS Add-in. It appears as if Add-in is not able to find some Office Controls. Regards. May 7th, 2016 4:12am This topic is archived. As @Brijesh Mishra mentioned check if the user has got any other addin and if he is having own quick access tool bar customized. If he has got any of this then, remove the other addins and try to install or reset the quick access tool bar customization. share|improve this answer answered Mar 30 '12 at 9:13 Kiru 2,72111137 add a comment| up vote 2 down vote For those having similar issues, you don't have to remove any add-in. What is happening is: Outlook will try to load all ribbons (found in your ribbon xml) into any window the user goes to. Then it'll complain about not finding ID x or y.
