dreaded "out of memory" message. The second is the browser killer that causes a shut down of the PS3 to correct.. "A javascript error has occurred" will prevent any movement within the browser, including closing the browser through normal means. I'm getting an error has occurred ps3 you have been signed out this often now, and it is quite irritating. I have to shut down the PS3 with the browser loaded. The PS3 beeps 3 times then shuts down. My guess is there should not be a worry of data corruption doing this, but there is no choice either way. I called the Sony support line, the agent stated that this particular issue was a new one to them. They gave me a service number and told me to keep monitoring the behavior of the browser, they also gave a couple of tips( disable java and restore default settings), which didn't correct the issue. Considering that a full system restore and their advice didn't corrected the issue, I've been reluctant to do a follow up call with an agent to see about getting further assistance with this unresolved issue. Users are forced to click the "CLOSE TO PLAY" button in order to close the advertisement overlay and play the video.
