When attempting to add a network fax to a Windows computer in the domain, I receive an error that: "A policy is in effect on your computer which prevents you from connecting to this print error installing queue." I am using a Shared Fax server being served from of a Windows 2012 server (not R2). The rest of our printers are served from a Windows 2012R2 server and have had no issues with those printers being installed. The issue appears to be related to the Windows update installed with KB3170455. If I remove the update from the client computer, reboot, then install error installing the the fax, I have no issues installing. In the GPO configuration (computer and user configuration - both being deployed and being seen by gpresult on the target computers), I have the server hosting the fax listed as an approved server, the point and print restrictions are enabled, with the server listed as a qualified server, I have the installing drivers for a new connection and existing connection set to not show warning or elevation prompt. Preventing addition and deletion of printers are both disabled.
