To narrow your search http://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/support/web/tools/help/error-message-decoder.html results, add the software name (for example, IOS, XR, ASA) and the software version. Here are some additional techniques to reduce the number of search results: Use the Document Type filter located on the right side of the search results page to filter results by Error & System Messages.
