Gruntfile.js? up vote 2 down vote favorite Background: I'm trying to connect my grunt server instance, to my API service running on the same machine at localhost:8080/api/. Currently using grunt-connect-proxy to achieve this. Problem/Question: http://localhost:9000/api/user-profile/ Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 404 (Not Found) Is there an error with my config (below) that is preventing /api request from redirecting to the proxy server website error messages at localhost:8080? Yes, specifying the connect target was the problem. Though for some reason your snippet doesn't work directly.
