I try to remove it and get the following error: Error 1316. A network error occured while attempting to read from the file: C:\WINDOWS\Installer\SZProBASE.msi I also ran a scan to see of my network was working properly, and got the results in the file attached below. Some passed, some failed. Help would be appreciated. During the installation routine, I get the error message: "Error 1316. The specified account already exists." My only error message option is to click an OK button. When I click that button, I receive a follow up error message: "Installation failed. The installation will be rolled back in the background." I have tried uninstall LF 9.0, rebooting the machine, and reinstalling LF Client 9.2 and get the same error every time. I have tried error message 1316 installing just the client, the client with Admin Console, the CLient with Snapshot, Scanning and every other possible combination - all of these produce the same error. Any suggestions on how I might resolve this? I'd suggest try running the Microsoft installation cleanup utility:http://support.microsoft.com/mats/program_install_and_uninstall/enand see if that helps. I ended up uninstalling LF manually (deleting application files, Common Files, AppData files, etc and removing all related registry keys). I then rebooted the machine and tried the LF 9.2 install routine again. That took care of the issue. LF 9.2 is now up and running with all of the compo
