Then, the screen went gray instead of white, and now I get an error 4363 whenever I try to access the sent mail folder. I logged onto the OWA (I'm working off an Exchange server) and deleted the offending message from there, but it didn't help. I already tried rebuilding the database. The new file/new main identity seems to be okay on the surface, but it never stops trying to synch the calendar. Even when I haven't made any changes, it continues to synch. And, that's besides the fact that when I did the rebuild, I lost all my file links and category designations. Someone, please help!
