Suddenly one of my laptops will not access the internet. I have a network connection and it's strong but no internet. The desktop and other laptop can access the internet just fine. The last thing I installed on the error message could problem laptop was the Blackberry application. But the internet access worked after installation last week. I just lost internet access just a few days ago. I even tried uninstalling the Blackberry application but it still did not restore internet access.
