have just upgraded to 3.0.2 and now get error Output has already been sent from the script - PDF file generation aborted. However no pdf have been created can you please help blueliquiddesigns 2013-06-18 09:30:53 UTC #2 Hi Condon, This error can happen for a number of reasons. Most of the time there are spaces around the opening and closing PHP tags. There are a few key files I would review first - configuration.php and any of the template files you may have modified. The very first line of each https://mpdf.github.io/troubleshooting/error-messages.html file should have https://support.gravitypdf.com/t/error-on-3-0-2-output-has-already-been-sent-from-the-script-pdf-file-generatio/159 of the pdf extended i.e. 3.0.2 with no new templates. I am afraid my php skills are limited. condonp 2013-06-18 14:44:48 UTC #4 Jake, I have enclosed the configuration.php file, I have only altered the bare minimum line to form id of 8 Many thanks Peter /* * ------------------------------------------------------------ * Bare minimum configuration code * Usage: Will generate PDF and send to all notifications * Remove the comments around the code blocks below to use (/*) * form_id Mixed - Integer or Array. Required. The Gravity Form ID you are assigning the PDF to. * notifications Mixed - String, Boolean or Array. */ $gf_pdf_config[] = array( 'form_id' => '8', 'notifications' => true ); /* blueliquiddesigns 2013-06-18 16:13:53 UTC #5 Hi Condon, It could be a plugin compatibility error. Can you disable all plugins bar Gravity Forms and Gravity Forms PDF Extended and see if you still get the error? condonp 2013-06-18 19:34:05 UTC #6 Jake, I have disabled all the pluigns and am still getting this issue. I really could do with some help here to get this sorted as I need to launch site next week. :) Pete blueliquiddesigns

It gives an error when trying to generate a new pdf file. This error happens after uploading a picture and finding its barcode using zbarcode. The pdf error message error occurs without any data used from zbarcode (seperate requests). mpdf member finwe commented May 5, 2016 What version of mPDF are you using? Are you using composer? Can you provide a code example? finwe closed this May 5, 2016 finwe reopened this May 5, 2016 nitinsbuzz commented May 5, 2016 • edited I am using mPDF 6.0.0 downloaded with composer. I cannot generate the error at will (it occurs randomly). $mpdf = error message detected new \mPDF('utf-8','A4'); $mpdf->debug = true; $mpdf->WriteHTML($css, 1); $mpdf->WriteHTML($text, 2); $mpdf->Output($fileLocation); header($_SERVER["SERVER_PROTOCOL"] . ' 200 OK'); header('Content-type: application/pdf'); header('Content-Disposition: attachment: filename="' . basename($file) . '"'); header('Content-Transfer-Encoding: binary'); header('Content-Length: ' . filesize($fileLocation)); header('Accept-Ranges: bytes'); nitinsbuzz commented May 5, 2016 Error message detected - PDF file generation aborted. Module 'zbarcode' already loaded File: Unknown Line: 0 mpdf member finwe commented May 6, 2016 This seems having nothing to do with mPDF - you just happen to load the zbarcode module on multiple places and mPDF just prevents unpredictable behaviour by "catching" this error it gets from error_get_last() (at the beginning of the Output method). Closing this. finwe closed this May 6, 2016 nitinsbuzz commented May 6, 2016 • edited You are right! Zbarcode module was being loaded twice on the server (compiled and dynamic extension in php.ini). Thank you very much! ps. there were no errors in the error_log and the pdf generation did work most of the time. I am asuming this is also due to server settings/problems as well.
