bit of a crisis here. I publish a couple of new components this morning and my remote site stop working. I have tested the site repeatedly on my local host without a problem. I have tested each component separately and all work I have republish the entire site locally and remotely. The site works on the local server but not on the remote server. The login screen comes up but after login the Application Servier returns the error below. I can't find the problem and don't understand the error reference. Can someone please help. 500 Internal Server Error Script Error Error:Script:" /TabbedUI_Main_Browse_TabbedUI.a5w" line:75 <%a5 ?a5dialogHelper_generateCORSHeaders() %> Function: 'a5dialogHelper_generateCORSHeaders' was not recognized Alpha Anywhere Application Server Application Server/12.0 Build/2999-4519 at WIN-HQ3U3DJAP1F Port 80 richard@tbdinc.net01-02-2016, 08:54 PMI think I have found the root of the problem. When in Boston at the Alpha Conferrence, I downloaded a copy of the pre_released. I had two Icons on my desktop, one for AA v12 and one for the pre-release. It seems both icons are pointing to the pre-release. So, I have built my production application in version 3109-4542 and the application server on the remote is 2999_4519. There must be some incompatibility between the two versions causing the error. Now I have to come up with a solution; I really don't want to upload the pre-relase application server to my remote site unless I have to. Davidk01-03-2016, 07:04 PMThe development version and build must match the server version and build... they must be an exact match. This comes up a lot in the forum. I think of it this way. My server is running 2999. And I'm developing with version 3109. Version 3109 has a bucket of new stuff in it. New methods, new actions... stuff that 2999 has no idea what to do with. So... when I throw a component built with 3109 at my server running 2999 you can bet something along the way will blow up... and rightly so.
