If you don't have it already, download and install CCleaner: Just Google CCleaner to a download location. Making a donation before downloading is optional, it is technically free. Once installed, run the program. Click on TOOLS > Startup Now go through the list shown in the middle of the screen and spot the entry that is causing the problem. Select it, then click Disable. While you're in there, disable anything else you don't need running ALL the time, like RealPlayer updater, Quicktime, Adobe Reader updater....there will probably be a lot of programs you use occasionally you didn't know loaded part of themselves when you startup. Removing CSRCS.exe is not very difficult. csrcs.exe virus lacks file description and appears to user like an important Windows system file. This virus or trojan downloader is loaded duridng the error message windows Windows boot process and could be under any or all of the following registry keys: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Winlogon\Shell HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\RunOnce HKEY_USERS\.DEFAULT\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Runonce.
