Try these troubleshooting steps below: 1. Try clearing your internet cache 2. If using TurboTax desktop/cd make sure the program is up to date.You can do this by clicking Online at the very top of https://ttlc.intuit.com/questions/2725611-box-10-w-2-error the screen. Then clicking on check for updates.3. Try deleting your W-2 and then re-entering the information. You can do this while in your TurboTax program (after continue return)-Click on the Federal Taxes Tab-Click on Wages & Income-Choose I'll choose what I work on-Find the Wages and Salaries section. Click update.This will bring you to the screen with your W-2 info. Click delete next to your W-2. This will remove your W-2.Then try entering the information again exactly as it is on your W-2.
