Apple would like your help improving the quality and performance of its products and services. With Mac OSXv10.6.3 and later, mac error report log Mac OS X can automatically collect diagnostic and usage information from your mac error reporting pop up Mac and send it to Apple for analysis.  Diagnostic and usage reports may include the following information: 
	
	Details about application or system not responding, application unexpectedly quitting, or kernel panics

	Usage information (for example, data about how you use Apple and third-party software, hardware, and services)

When the diagnostic dialog appears, simply click the disclosure triangle and enter your comments in the provided field. 	Automatic reporting

	Ask each time
 You’ll be offered the opportunity to select a collection method when you encounter an unexpected application termination, force an application to quit, or are required to restart your computer. 
	To select automatic reporting: When prompted, select "Don’t ask me again," and then click Agree.
