The report is generated after my phone freezes and then restarts unexpectedly. After the reboot, an icon appears in the status bar with an exclamation mark inside a circle asking me to send the error to HTC. Can I set up a network proxy on my phone that points to e.g. my desktop computer, and intercept or sniff the report? What domains or ports will the message be sent to? Is it encrypted? One limitation: I do not have root access, and having it isn't an option. For e.g, an app crashes and a report is created having a dump of logs related to that app, or, something crashes and a full system dump is used to create a report. Full system bugreport can be taken using adb (adb bugreport) or adb shell dumpstate. App specific dump can be taken using adb shell pm dump
