up and it says somethin about sending and error report and i can click "Send error report" or "Don't Send". At first I just kept hitting don't send, but it kept coming back. I also tried

Right-click the My Computer icon on your desktop and choose Properties. In the System Properties window that appears, go to the Advanced tab and click Error Reporting, there on the bottom right. You now have some options that should be evident. My options are: Preformance options, Environment Varibles, and Startup and Recovery. I looked in Startup and Recovery but it wusn't there.
