Why? Answer: Make sure to put the password is in single quotes - 'password' - when sending to Windows or when transmitting any password that is in lower case. The Windows password is case-sensitive and AS400 puts all letters of the password into upper case before transmitting it. You can avoid this by using single quotes for the password. Then it will be transferred as is and will match the one stored on Windows. Please help us improve! Will this information enable you to resolve your issue?
