we realized the server is hang at the very initial startup screen. From event log can see it shown "The previous system shutdown at [time] on [date] was unexpected" I

did a force shut down and power on the systemagain.. I realized there is A LOT error in the event viewer. Can anyone advise on what happened and how to resolve this. Thank you!!
