'master' is not valid. This error may indicate data corruption or that the log file (.ldf) does not match the data file (.mdf). If this error occurred during replication, re-create the publication. Otherwise, restore from backup if the problem results in a failure during startup. I also looked in the installation disks but could find it there (maybe I didn't look in the correct place). Actually the machine appears to work and allows people to log in normally but performance is sluggish whic hmay have nothing to do with this anyway. Two questions: 1. What does all this mean and how can I download the logs without having to type them all out (Copy and Paste didn't work of course). 2. Where is rebuildm.exe anyway? I am happy to experiment and learn as I take a full disk image backup first but I cannot even get to first base. Thanks for any guidance. Jean Tuesday, June 28, 2016 4:57
