I tired that and all it did was close PJ64. There was only one instance of it running. The only input plugin I have where you can choose if you have a memory card or not is Jabo's DirectInput7 1.6 and thats whats giving me the trouble. I do know that using that you can go to Options --> Settings --> and on the Rom Settings tab you're able to tweak the type of save (flashram, eeprom etc.) but I have no idea what any of it means so I can't do it. If thats what you mean, could you provide more information about changing it? No you don't understand, I can't even make a save state or file because of this. The moment I boot up the Rom an error message saying "Failed to open [insert save type here]" (save type meaning flashram, eeprom etc.) so it prevents all types of saving. If you mean and actual file in the PJ64 directories, which folder and/or files? Allnatur

Whenever I try to open a ROM https://answers.yahoo.com/question/index?qid=20110610122840AA82YYn the game runs normally for a moment, then gives me an error message,'Failed to open Eeprom.' or 'Failed to open Flashram.' The game runs normally after that but none of my saved games are present. I looked inside of the project64 save folder and found that most of the extensions of my save files are either .eep, or .fla. I fiddled with all of the settings that I could think of but still no dice. I've been using pj64 for a few months now and i've almost never done anything with the file folders. The only recent uprooting of that area has been my attempt to add the Glide64 graphics plugin. I added the .dll file to the plugin folder but the emulator won't accept it. These issues seem unrelated, but my save file problem began right after I tried to add the plugin. I've tried to erase all traces of glide64 from the emulator's folders and all other regions of my computer, but pj64 still gives me the 'Unable to load Glide64' error whenever I try to switch plugins, and my save file issue hasn't been solved either. I have a lot of saved games and I really want to stop from losing them. The plugin matter is less pressing, but I wou

Sun Jun 13, 2010 3:36 pm For some reason when I try to open http://sm64mf.forumotion.net/t114-what-do-i-do-when-pj64-says-it-can-t-find-eeprom PJ64 (at least the Mario 64 rom), it says "Failed to open Eeprom" and now I've lost all of my Maro 64 rom data. I don't have a new computer or anything, I https://github.com/project64/project64/blob/master/Lang/English.pj.Lang just closed it once, and now it's doing this. It's happend once before, and I fixed it, but I forgot how to. If anyone could answer, I would appreciate it.
